Gregory C. Vlasak

Gregory C. Vlasak currently serves as a Senior Consultant with Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, P.C.   Mr. Vlasak has over 30 years of experience in the financial valuation and advisory field.  His distinguished career includes serving as a senior officer of Duff & Phelps, a consultant to Grant & Thornton, and as a loan officer and financial analyst in the real estate industry.

In the financial valuation field, Mr. Vlasak has provided and managed valuations on numerous entities including publicly held corporations and their subsidiaries and divisions, closely held stock and partnership interests, and other financial contracts and guarantees.  These valuations have been performed for various purposes including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and shareholder and partner buyouts.  Furthermore, Mr. Vlasak has substantial experience in gift and estate tax matters.  He has provided expert witness testimony in federal and state courts as well as the Chancery Court of Delaware.

Mr. Vlasak’s financial experience includes sell side advisory and related middle market investment banking activities, analysis for and rendering of financial fairness and solvency opinions, and review of complex transactions for boards of directors and other interested parties.  Additionally, Mr. Vlasak has been engaged to provide valuations services to corporations in numerous foreign jurisdictions including Japan, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Vlasak holds both a B.A. Degree in Economics and a M.B.A. Degree in Finance from the University of Chicago as well as a M.Sc. Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
