Lauren V. Reidy is a financial analyst with over 16 years of business valuation and litigation support experience, having valued businesses for a variety of purposes, including divorce and other litigation, financial reporting, gift and estate reporting, ownership transitions, mergers and acquisitions, and employee stock ownership plans. She has valued businesses across a broad spectrum of industries, including construction and engineering, healthcare, technology, manufacturing and retail. Her litigation support experience includes shareholder disputes, forensic accounting and calculation of unjust enrichment and lost profits.
Ms. Reidy received a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan MBA program, where she specialized in finance.
Ms. Reidy is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the Business Valuation discipline for the American Society of Appraisers.
